The Bi-State MPO maintains an archive of reports and plans available
for download. These reports are in Adobe Acrobat PDF formats and can be

Our primary reports are listed to the right and include the Unified Planning
Work Program, the Transportation Improvement Plan and the 2030 Transportation
and Mobility Plan. Other reports and plans are available below.

- The Bi-State FY 2010 Unified Planning Program, UPWP, that was approved and adopted by the Bi-State MPO Board on June 18, 2009.

- The Bi-State MPO Staff has prepared a Public Participation Plan in accordance
with the requirements of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient
Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) and has presented
the Plan to the public in accordance with the Bi-State Public Involvement
Procedures.

2009 Annual List of Obligated Projects
- This Annual List of Obligated Projects (ALOP) currently includes projects
within Arkansas. Oklahoma projects are forthcoming. The Oklahoma projects
will be added to this document as soon as all are received by the Bi-State
Metropolitan Planning Organization.
- Trip Generation Rate Study, 1998 with FY'2000 and FY'2001 Addenda
- The purpose of this study is to identify trip generation rates by major
land-use category in the Bi-State Area so that local entities may more
accurately determine traffic impacts of future development on their existing
street system.
- City of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Bikeway Plan
- Purpose: To develop a safe, efficient, and economical comprehensive bicycle
facilities plan for the City of Fort Smith which will become a specific
element of the City’s Master Street Plan and will be implemented
through the appropriate City codes and ordinances.
