Public Participation Plan: The Bi-State MPO Staff has prepared a Public Participation Plan in accordance with the requirements of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) and has presented the Plan to the public in accordance with the Bi-State Public Involvement Procedures.
FY 2008 Annual List of Obligated Projects: There were fifty-one projects utilizing all or in part federal funds obligated during Fiscal Year 2008 (July 1, 2008 – June 30, 2009).
Trip Generation Rate Study, 1998 with FY'2000 and FY'2001 Addenda: The purpose of this study is to identify trip generation rates by major land-use category in the Bi-State Area so that local entities may more accurately determine traffic impacts of future development on their existing street system.
