OUR MISSION
Together with other public and private partners, develop and maintain the appropriate management systems necessary for a safe, efficient, and convenient multi-modal transportation system that will effectively move people and goods on a coordinated transportation network that will advance and secure the economic prosperity and social equity for all residents, visitors, and businesses within the Frontier Metropolitan Planning region of Arkansas and Oklahoma.

A comprehensive and coordinated multi-modal transportation environment based on the principles of inclusion, communications and innovation that will have the flexibility to respond to new technologies and methodologies to enhance the Bi-State region’s position in the regional, national, and international markets as well as provide accessible and affordable transportation services and opportunities to all of the region’s current and future residents.
